If I could give zero stars I would. Deborah and her clients viewed our home for sale last week. They all walked all over the house with their shoes on and marked up the entire floor. They left all of the lights on. The cherry on top is they TURNED OFF THE FURNACE AND FROZE OUR PIPES!!! 1 WEEK Later after having subzero temperatures all week, we returned to the home (we were moved out) and found the house at 33 degrees inside! Our pipes were frozen and somehow thank GOD we didn't sustain flooding or burst pipes. We did have to replace a toilet valve. I am enraged at this incident as it was entirely unprofessional and disrespectful to leave shoes on. It was careless to flip a switch that is BOLDLY AND CLEARY labeled "furnace", and to leave every single light on in our house. Absolutely infuriating.
